- Nominator(s): PRODUCER (talk) and Peacemaker67 (talk)
We are nominating this article for A-Class review because it has passed a GA review and has been further improved upon to meet the necessary ACR standards. ◅ PRODUCER (TALK) 21:51, 8 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Kosta Pekianec.jpg - needs a look. No author given, so life+100 can't apply. There will be a suitable licence for the United States, publication outside the US before 1909 or 1923. The licence for its home country then needs to be established, including what that country is. If not, it should bee transferred to en.
- Added PD-anon-1923. --◅ PRODUCER (TALK) 13:08, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- File:Srpske Vojvode u Staroj Srbiji i Makedoniji.png - Serbia isn't a member of the EU, and the work is not obviously anonymous and no evidence has been provided that the author has not claimed ownership, and no evidence has been provided that it has been seventy years since the photograph has been made public.
- The original image contains no claim of authorship. Added PD-anon-1923. --◅ PRODUCER (TALK) 13:08, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- File:Kosta Pekyanets1916.JPG needs a US licence (as with the first image). The anonymous claim is incorrect, since it was "scanned from old newspapers" and newspapers and copyright go hand in hand.
- The original clipping says the image was published by a trade union as a card that was sold for housing funds in 1916-1918 during World War I. Added PD-anon-1923. --◅ PRODUCER (TALK) 13:08, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- File:Kosta Pecanac.jpg - I think it would be helpful to link [1] alongside the main website and the image links. (Copyright fine though.)
- File:Proclamation issued by Kosta Pecanac.jpg ditto for [2]
- I believe these links were avoided because they are unstable. Will add and see if that's the case. --◅ PRODUCER (TALK) 13:08, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- The World Cat authority control link doesn't work. Grandiose (me, talk, contribs) 17:28, 9 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Fixed. --◅ PRODUCER (TALK) 13:08, 11 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Comments:- "vojvoda": I wonder if this word shouldn't be presented in italics the first time it is used in text as it is a foreign word (I note that it is in italics in the infobox)?
- done.
- as above: "comitadji"?
- done.
- "the Morava division": is this a proper noun? If so, "division" should be capitalised;
- done.
- "the Osogovo mountain": is this a proper noun? If so, the "the" should be dropped and "mountain" capitalised;
- done.
- in the Balkan Wars section, I wonder if you might include a couple of dates/years to provide a little more context;
- good point, added dates. Peacemaker67 (send... over) 07:43, 24 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- I found the first part of the World War I section a little confusing. It seems to jump straight into him receiving medals for service, but it seems like it might be smoother if it mentioned first what he did at the beginning of the war, and then the medals. If the sources don't say, I'd suggest just adding a sentence saying as such and then mention the medals;
- I've re-ordered it, hopefully it is clearer now? Peacemaker67 (send... over) 07:43, 24 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- "several hundred men at the Toplica River valley". I wonder if this wouldn't sound smoother as "several hundred men in the Toplica River valley"?
- done.
- "Pećanac's force remained intact after German occupation of Serbia". Should there be a "the" before "German occupation"?
- done.
- " In the early summer of 1941 the detachments of Pećanac fought" --> " In the early summer of 1941 Pećanac's detachments fought"?
- done.
- I found this a little awkward: "All but Pećanac were killed within days, but Pećanac remained...". Perhaps it could be reworded? "All were killed within days except Pećanac who remained..." AustralianRupert (talk) 23:45, 23 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- done.

nearly done, just need to work through the Balkan Wars and WWI sections. Peacemaker67 (send... over) 05:41, 24 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
