I nominate this article for EraNavigator who wants a review, a peer review, to see what could be done better. However, in my opinion, the article is of a quality that surpasses the usual peer review article and for ironing out the errors a higher level review is needed. For this reason, I nominate it for an A-class review, contrary to the wishes of its main author. Wandalstouring (talk) 11:02, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Support. Detailed, sourced, well-written and formatted article that, in my opinion, meets the A-class standards. One concern...the "modern" references appear to need publisher's info. Cla68 (talk) 21:00, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Support. It's an insteresting article that meets A-class criteria. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kyriakos (talk • contribs) 00:18, 21 June 2008
Comments: Good piece.
- Sources: The citations are sprawling and untidy, the multi-ref template is best for repeated citations. I've done a few as examples. The heading is usually "Notes". Is more commentary available from modern sources?
- Prose: needs a spruce up before going to FAC (if that's the intention). It's a bit awkward and choppy in places. Geuiwogbil may be help here: it's very much his period.
Support, as i've cleaned the refs a bit. Also, it would need major changes to the referencing style for an FAC. --Eurocopter (talk) 14:41, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
