Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?
There are several articles on Wikipedia relating to Swift, though they are in varying condition (some GA, some B-class, etc.) These pages could really benefit from a WikiProject devoted specifically to them, on top of the fact that it would be helpful to receive assistance from editors who are familiar with Swift and her work.

  3. The argument against last time was “she only has 3 albums” well now she has five and is immensely more popular now.   • I do care for Taylor Swift, but I think that Wikiprojects have in general been about broader things. I do Support having a Taylor Swift task force incorporated somewhere... It seems to be a bit WP:UNDUE for her to have her own WikiProject. — kikichugirl inquire 09:37, 14 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • I wouldn't necessarily be opposed to the project – she certainly has a number of articles here about her and her music – but it doesn't appear that there are too many interested editors, if the discussion above is any indication. I agree with Kikichugirl that adding a Swift task force to another project (perhaps the country music project?) may be a smarter choice. –Chase (talk / contribs) 19:16, 4 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
