Description
[edit]A Project for the various disciplines and associated information and media affiliated with Inline Skating within the context of the broader scope of Rollersports as well as the niches pertaining to a range of subjects from Extreme Sports to candidate sports for the Olympic Games. As a sport category with niches defined by their respective sub-cultures the Project aims to disambiguate and clarify.

Comments
[edit]Rollersports are more expansive than inline skating, since roller derbies have used the old four-wheelers that are sidebyside wheels. Why not call it WP:WikiProject Roller skating? 65.93.12.101 (talk) 08:01
Agree with above. As skating with inlines and normal roller blades is practically same idea (I have used both), "roller skating" is a better idea. If wanted, I will contribute to the creation of such a WikiProject, but I do not wish to head up the development of a project at this time. (talk) 10 April 2011 (UTC)
