Discussion

  • Good idea - the general field of articles is a mess.
  • They are usually created by non english speakers who never respond to queries about their editing
  • Most articles are WP:SEAOFBLUE
  • Most articles lack WP:RS
  • Most articles are far too large with too much repetition
  • Most articles are infected with WP:FLAGCRUFT
  • Most articles lack a reasonable WP:LEAD
  • Most stub creators fails to add Football or Indonesian project tags on their talk pages
  • Most articles fail a number WP:MOS guidelines

Anyone willing to support this task force will need to keep the above (and more) in mind when working on the task force. satusuro 05:45, 6 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • I agree with the above. It's always a good idea to club editors together to maintain a particular set of articles, but if the users aren't there, I don't see how the task force can go ahead. If this had been suggested by a pre-existing group, I might feel differently, but at the moment, I'm opposed to the idea of an Indonesian football task force. – PeeJay 16:09, 6 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
