The purpose of this page is to keep a list of specific sources that come up often and to clarify their licensing status. In particular with different wikis, questions about whether their licensing terms are compatible with Wikipedia so that their content can be reproduced here without having to go through the procedure of donating copyrighted material tend to come up fairly often. This page therefore aims to provide one at-a-glance resource to check. Updates to this page, re-evaluation[edit]Note that this page only aims to provide a list of the present consensus. If you wish to challenge any entry's interpretation, you can do so at the talk page, WT:C or WT:CP.
Sometimes, material may be already free for use, and it can be a simple matter of providing evidence of that (for one example, by providing a link to show where on the site the material is already placed in public domain). If it is released under free license, it may come down to a question of whether the licenses are compatible with CC-By-SA. (Source: [1])
