Articles needing attention
[edit]- 20th century classical music: the article is a mess. (Requires a rewrite and the addition of sources.)
- Update - new Introduction section has been added to replace that awful list. Article still needs work, though.
- Postmodern music: article merged with Postmodern classical music and still needs a lot of work to Wikify.
- Quartal and quintal harmony: Confusion of definition and (apparently) irrelevent material; also, musical examples are often off-topic or otherwise unhelpful.
- Graphic notation: good but requires expansion
- Extended technique: needs more detail
- Microtonal music: tagged with cleanup and personal reflection. Also contains a certain amount of apparently irrelevent material which needs to be better integrated (eg Enharmonicity)
- Elliott Carter's Second String Quartet: Please expand
- Morton Feldman: needs a great deal of expansion
- Vinko Globokar: expand
- Salvatore Sciarrino: expand
- Pedro Vilarroig: near-autobiography needing massive reworking to meet Wiki's standards of NPOV and NOR.
- Iannis Xenakis: not enough on his life post-1960 nor on his music generally.
- Olly Wilson: start class needing expansion.
- Pelle Gudmundsen-Holmgreen: expand by translating dk:Pelle Gudmundsen-Holmgreen.
- Hugues Dufourt: expand by translating fr:Hugues Dufourt.
