First in an attempt to systematically create good articles for all Colorado state legislators (a tall order, I know -- but a worthwhile one, I believe). These are tough... they involve synthesizing information from a multitude of sources (as you can see from the refs section) and trying to strive for balance when almost every source may be incomplete or biased.
