- Hello Subhash budania, what is your question? Your draft was declined because it is totally unsourced. You also do not show any indication of meeting the requirement WP:Notability. Lastly, you appear to be writing about yourself, which is highly inadvisable, see WP:Autobiography for why. MatthewVanitas (talk) 19:29, 27 February 2018 (UTC)

I have submitted different sources to my article: news, homepages etc. and it was declined --> on the German Wikipedia page it was published without any hesitation. I'm a bit frustrated now, I don't know what other sources to give as a reference.
Thank you for your time and please tell me what to do differently :)

It has been provided about 15 references, and some of them have full coverage of Mr. Zef Mazi. Also, Mr. Mazi's Albanian version of Wikipedia page exists for some time. Initially, it was said that there are not enough references. Then, in the second submission, the references were added. Therefore, please kindly re-review the page and approve it accordingly. Thank you.

[edit]
My article was not accepted. According to the reviewer, it was not adequately supported by reliable sources. According to Wikipedia [guidelines], magazines, journals, mainstream newspapers, and electronic media can be considered as reliable sources. My cited sources include mainstream newspapers (Springfield News-Leader), magazines (417 Magazine, Sports Illustrated), and electronic media (BuzzFeed), in addition to other sources. I can't see how my article is less supported by reliable sources than the one about actor Adam [Best], which has no cited sources at all. Or, for instance, this entry about Robert [B. Shapiro] only includes three sources in total. Yet, my submission was declined.
The reviewer also mentioned that the Adam Best from my submission is not the same person as actor Adam [Best]. That is correct - they are two different people. However, as far as I know, there are many Wikipedia pages dedicated to people with identical names. If that is the main culprit for the rejection of my article, I can specify in parenthesis that this Adam Best is an entrepreneur.
I hope that you can clarify the situation and help me get my article over the finish line. Thank you. Jackie845 (talk) 21:12, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
- The draft is awaiting another review, but you need to remove all the external links within the text of the article. Some of them can be replaced with internal links. For example, the link to Kansas State University should be to the Wikipedia article (as I did there), not to http://www.k-state.edu. Links to external websites go in the reference where they support statements. It is wrong to repeat them in the body of the article. Dbfirs 16:20, 2 March 2018 (UTC)
- Got it. Thanks for clarifying. I didn't know about external links. Happy to remove them all and replace with internal where possible. Hope this helps. Looking forward to having it reviewed and approved. Thank you. Jackie845 (talk) 22:04, 2 March 2018 (UTC)
- You are still doing internal links using "https" as if they were external. I've simplified three internal links for you using double brackets. I'm not a reviewer, so I can't help with the review. Dbfirs 22:49, 2 March 2018 (UTC)

[edit]I don't get why they keep saying that I need more references included. There simply aren't many websites that write about that keyboard and I had to watch a couple of videos, read a lot of blogs and fan-run keyboard websites and am now at a point where I can't find much more about the topic than I wrote. I also found a couple of existing articles about Yamaha keyboards that include much less information and still got approved... Reditec (talk) 22:23, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
- Hello Reditec, the phrase There simply aren't many websites that write about that keyboard pretty much explains why it's hard to have an article about the PS-55.
- Our core requirement is WP:Notability, and the 10-second version of the policy is:
Articles generally require significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the topic. |
- So by definition, if not many people are talking about the PS-55 (outside of fansites and blogs), then we don't have anything to base an article on. That's not to say that the PS-55 is a bad keyboard, or that your information isn't useful or true, it's just that it doesn't meet the requirements for Wikipedia. If you want to make sure your findings get put to use, maybe there's a music-focused Wikia you can submit your article to? MatthewVanitas (talk) 15:21, 28 February 2018 (UTC)
