Hi, my article on Organizational Anatomy was declined for a reason "This draft does not contain references that establish that Organizational Anatomy is considered notable by scholars in management and organizational studies." However, all appropriate links are included on the bottom of the page, a book "Organisational Anatomy" is published by a scientific publisher, the book is already in universities libraries from the USA to Australia. This concept and so, book is endorsed by leading academic and practical experts, such as fDi Magazine, Durham University Business School, UK Trade & Investment, National Chamber of Entreprenuership of Kazakhstan, Small Business Trends, and so on. I can't understand the reason for decline as being inappropriate in terms of management studies. Please advice, what should be done in terms of improvement. Anticipating your feedback, Best regards, olkonol

- Hi Olkonol The draft says "organizational anatomy" is an approach first introduced by Konovalov in his book published on 1 May 2016. If that's true, it may be unrealistic of you to think that the world at large has taken significant note of the approach in a mere two months. To show that it has, multiple, independent, reliable sources would be needed. The draft cites three books, but one (written a decade before the concept was invented) does not contain the term, and the other two are by the same author, Konovalov, so for notability purposes they count as a single source. If the approach becomes notable, the draft will still need extensive work in terms of style and referencing. --Worldbruce (talk) 05:44, 29 June 2016 (UTC)

There has been a change in the Provost's role. So please do not post this entry until further notice. Not sure who to tell this to so please advise.
Thanks.

- Hi Hedybaker. You can remove the draft from the pool awaiting review by undoing the edit with which you submitted it for review. --Worldbruce (talk) 07:05, 29 June 2016 (UTC)

Hello! I'm enquiring as I'd like some further information as to why my submission was rejected.
The reason cited was insufficient reliable sources, despite there being multiple from high profile referrers - the main being Vice, Pedestrian TV and HypeMachine - all which qualify the sites legitimacy.
Furthermore, the Wiki guidelines state that e-commerce sites are substantial reliable sources. Our resource list shows a reference from one e-commerce site where the magazine is sold (as I believed it to be the most relevant). If this is not enough to prove the magazine's legitimacy, I can provide many more e-commerce sites (with a higher profile) that can do so.
Lastly, the magazine is now listed in the holdings of the Library of NSW - which can be viewed here.
Any help would be fantastic!

- Hi Stringer92. Of the five sources cited, three have an interest in promoting Happy, so are not independent: VICE, store.hhhhappy.com, and www.pedestrian.tv (written by the founder of Happy). The other two: youheardthatnew.com and hypem.com/blog exhibit none of the characteristics of reliable sources. What the draft needs to show is not "legitimacy", or existence, but that the subject meets the notability guidelines. This requires in-depth coverage in independent reliable sources. Being in the collection of a library is immaterial. Two essays elaborate on notability for magazines: Wikipedia:Notability (periodicals) and Wikipedia:Notability (media).
- Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources says of e-commerce sources, "Inline citations may be allowed to e-commerce pages such as that of a book on a bookseller's page or an album on its streaming-music page, in order to verify such things as titles and running times." E-commerce sources may be used to verify non-controvertial details, like whether Happy is published monthly or quarterly, but generally you should be looking for scholarly or journalistic sources. --Worldbruce (talk) 13:33, 30 June 2016 (UTC)

- Hi Ajithakumar1693, you have not actually resubmitted it yet, use the blue "Resubmit" button in the pink review box to do so, after you have addressed the concerns of the previous review. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 07:06, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
Actually this is a new term that has been coined and is patented and hence, the need to educate people. Would be great if you could consider this request and let "Finge" publish.
LetsFinge (talk) 17:24, 29 June 2016 (UTC) Not done So you are trying to pimp for a new product you're selling? We don't tolerate that here. Get your own website (and look up the meaning of the word patent while you're at it). --Orange Mike | Talk 00:22, 30 June 2016 (UTC)
