Can you provide more detail about why this submission read more like an advertisement? Any specific text or sections? And which sources might be causing this? Since this is our third submission, any specific tips would be very helpful. Our goal here is to submit a factual listing of Shop It To Me. How can we change this to comply with the guidelines. Thank you for your help.
- Hello, and welcome to the Help Desk. The first issue is who the "we" is that you refer to. If you are affiliated with Shop It To Me, then you have a conflict of interest and should read the guidelines I linked to in this sentence.
- As for the draft, some of the content does, to me, read like an advertisement, or at least could be worded more clearly. For example, what is an "online personal shopping assistant for sales of clothing shoes and accessories"? Does that mean there is a person employed by Shop It To Me, with whom you can arrange purchases via the website? Is it automated? How does the website help you shop? This seems unclear from the draft. I would probably remove the content about Shop It To Me's competitors, as it seems slightly off-topic. I noticed also that the draft mentions "Shop It To Me Running", but doesn't really say what it is or why it's important. Similarly, some of the content about the iOS app (in particular, the content about passwords and email links) seems promotional and should probably be removed. Finally, the particular brands listed in the "Usage" section could be removed, and this section could be expanded with a clearer explanation of how Shop It To Me actually works.
- These suggestions should get you started. You know where to find us if you have further questions! /wiae ★ /tlk 00:42, 14 January 2016 (UTC)

- Hello, and welcome to the Help Desk. Have you looked at the latest comments left by reviewer LaMona? They very helpfully explain some of the issues with the current iteration of the draft and some ways it could be improved. Thanks, /wiae ★ /tlk 00:37, 14 January 2016 (UTC)

Submitted the article on December 23 however, did not receive any response yet.I know you guys are busy, just want to check if everything is ok? Thank you in advance.

- @Jasiunas: Hi, and welcome to the Help Desk. It seems as though you did not actually submit the draft for review on December 23. (This is the version of the draft as it appeared on December 23, and it says "Draft article not currently submitted for review.".) You did submit the draft yesterday, however, and it's since been reviewed, so do check out the comment on the draft and use that information to help you improve it if possible. Thanks, /wiae ★ /tlk 00:31, 14 January 2016 (UTC)
Is there a minimum limit on the number of words or characters an article can have? Thanks Cgelineli (talk) 19:41, 12 January 2016 (UTC)cgelineli
Cgelineli (talk) 19:41, 12 January 2016 (UTC)
- Hello @Cgelineli:. I'm not sure if there's any genuine "must be X characters" rule, but at minimum even a stub article should clearly show the "who, what, why, when, where" of the topic, or at least most of those. I myself have written a couple articles that were just maybe two sentences long. But even a short article should have at least a couple sources/footnotes to show the reader where even that very brief information comes from. MatthewVanitas (talk) 23:05, 12 January 2016 (UTC)

Why was my request to keep my new page open declined?!
- Hello @UsaKE:. Did you mean User:UsaKE/sandbox? It is still "open", it isn't deleted, you're free to edit it. It hasn't been Accepted because it's not an encyclopedia article, it's just your opinion about the Star Wars movie, we have zero reason to publish it, so please don't take up volunteers' time by Submitting it for review. EXOTIC Fashion Magazine
What the changes I would need to get this entry approved?
- Hello @Efashionsports:, did you read the Notability guideline for Companies recommended to you in the big pink box at the top of your draft? Please read WP:Notability (companies) first since that probably answers all your questions, but come back here and post any specific follow-up questions you have for us after taking a quick look at the guideline.
