Hi there, following a Wiki community editor/member's suggestion, I've recently merged my just-created "start-class" article on Charles Edward "Ned" Pratt (rower and architect) with Charles Pratt (rower), which was a pre-existing stub article. However, the stub contains no information on Mr. Pratt's architectural career, which brought him far more fame and had for more impact in Canada than his brief rowing career, which netted him a bronze Olympic medal (which, strangely, hadn't been mentioned in the stub article.) So now I guess I or the wiki powers should delete my Start-class article on Charles Edward Pratt; but also, I consider it very important to adjust the current title of "Charles Pratt (rower)" to reflect Mr. Pratt's actual notability, and make it easier for most people seeking him out to find him. (They will be looking for "architect" and "Ned Pratt" and perhaps "Charles Edward Pratt" but not "Charles Pratt (rower)". I cannot figure out a way to change the entry title; can you please advise on protocol here? thank you! Archiwatch (talk) 00:29, 22 December 2016 (UTC)archiwatch
- Hello, archiwatch. Let me see if I understand the situation correctly. As things stand right now, there are four relevant article titles. What looks to be the central article is Ned Pratt (rower and architect). Then there are two other articles, Charles Edward "Ned" Pratt (rower and architect) and Charles Pratt (rower), that each re-direct into the central article (i.e., "Ned Pratt (rower and architect)"). (And by re-direct, I mean that if a reader types either of those two names into the search box, they'll automatically be taken to the central article.) And finally, there is a fourth article, Charles Edward Pratt that is currently being proposed for merging into "Charles Pratt (rower)". Is this a correct understanding?
- Assuming I've got the facts right, then I'm a bit puzzled as to why there should be a merger of "Charles Edward Pratt" into "Charles Pratt (rower)", because that article doesn't exist as a stand-alone article. Instead, it just re-directs the user to the central article, "Ned Pratt (rower and architect)". And, if all of the information that you want to include is already in the "Ned Pratt (rower and architect)" article, why not simply have "Charles Edward Pratt" automatically re-direct there? If indeed that is the outcome you want, I'll be happy to do that for you.
- Or, is your concern about the name of the central article? Do you not want it to be "Ned Pratt (rower and architect)"? In that case, the solution might not be quite as simple. But, I'll stop now and give you a chance to let me know whether I've understood the situation correctly. NewYorkActuary (talk) 15:20, 22 December 2016 (UTC)

Why the article was not accepted. This photo is out family photo and the rest is true story. Don't understand what's the problme.
- If you are asking about your sandbox submission, it isn't in English. It appears to be in Georgian. Also, merely because a story is true and in English does not necessarily mean that it is verifiably true. You need reliable sources to support articles in Wikipedia. Hello, I uploaded an article about an artist but it was declined because it didn't meet Wikipedia notability standard. I have new references which I have included in the article but I want to change the heading from Adam Moujahid to Adamjlss. Is there a way I can still change the name even though I have submitted it for review or should I just start a new draft with the name?
- Hello, Yasiryusuf. It's not possible to change the name of your draft, because another draft by that other name has already been created by a different Wikipedia account (User:Hiphopjlss). I've left a comment on your draft to let other reviewers know that, if your draft is accepted for publication, that it should be given the Adamjlss title.
