I created a company's profile but the article is not accepted because of less sources, how can I get a mentor who can guide me as to what to do ? I need a mentor who can guide me. Ayushi0193 (talk) 06:32, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Does this pertain to ARK FINCAP or REBOOT SOLUTIONZ? FoCuS contribs; talk to me! 18:32, 18 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I'm writing a new article about a non-profit foundation and wonder if I do the infobox, or does that happen after I "submit" it for review? It's still just being written, but I'm almost ready. I want to include the foundation's logo, and a photo, too, and not sure how to do that. I'm a board member of this foundation and need some help. THANKS!

Begunahi, you can add the {{Infobox organization}} at any time; it is not vital for a draft and no one will think any less if you don't have one at the time of submission. Since you work with the foundation you should probably make a note of that on your userpage just to make sure that people know you have a conflict of interest. As for the title - if and when the draft is accepted, a reviewer will decide the best name for the page, though I have moved it to Draft:Begunahi Foundation USA because the title at the moment really is a bit wordy. My article was rejected under the grounds that : This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability—see the guidelines on the notability of people and the golden rule. Please improve the submission's referencing, so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. What you can do: Add citations (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners) to secondary reliable sources that are entirely independent of the subject.

However, I've made sure to include several links and citations that I'm sure adequately shows the notability of the subject. Would someone be able to help me understand better why this article is being rejected?

Pesanteur, if you were writing an article about AirHelp we'd be having a much different conversation. None of the references you used actually talk about Michaelsen himself - all of the mentions are either one-sentence name-drops or quotes from him. Neither demonstrate notability. You need independent reliable sources that talk about Michaelsen specifically and in detail. If you want more help, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Primefac (talk) 21:36, 17 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
