[edit]Brian Cage Article
[edit]what is the current status of the Wikipedia:Articles for creation/ Brian Cage?
The information about it is vague and doesn't say if its going to be published or not.Krjohn81 (talk) 07:36, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
- Note to other helpers: I'm working on fixing the malformed review. wctaiwan (talk) 08:18, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
- It seems that the draft was not properly approved, but you went ahead and pasted the draft into Wikipedia. As it is apparent the draft still has some issues from a cursory glance, I have requested that the copy-pasted article be deleted and moved Wikipedia:Articles for creation/ Brian Cage to Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Brian Cage and resubmitted it for review. I will notify the original reviewer about this. In the meanwhile, you should wait for another reviewer to look at the moved draft. Sorry about the confusion. wctaiwan (talk) 08:51, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
I was wondering how I could improve my article Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Matilda (band)/unymma so it could be considered valid. The stated issues were not so clear to me i.e. needing more citations. I was wondering what exactly are you looking for? Page numbers, etc.?Thanks and more power! :)Unymma (talk) 07:51, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
- Hello. The article has multiple issues, most importantly the lack of reliable third-party sources. Social networking and media sites are not reliable, and your article seems to be based purely on them. Your references also need to be correctly formatted in inline citations. I hope WP:BAND, WP:IRS, and WP:REFB will be useful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact me via my talk page if you need more help. --Bmusician 09:13, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
Okay, I'm not sure what is happening... I attempted to write an article in January and, have since, revised it to fix my errors. I went to put the revised article in and save it and it's like the system just mashed the rejected article with the new article and lost all the new references, keeping only the old ones from the rejected article. Is there a way for me to just delete every part of my subversify.com article and start from scratch? Thank you for help in this matter! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sparky.bogart (talk • contribs) 15:47, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
Checking... :- ) DCS 22:36, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
- Ok, I'm not sure how or why this happened, possible confusion of the review template location. I have restore a previous revision of the article, however there is now some duplication, but that should be easy to delete the duplicated stuff. I'm not sure why, but having a {{reflist}} in the middle of the article seems to have messed up the citations. It should be all fixed now. If you still have questions or problems, come back here or drop a note on my talk page. Good Luck. :- ) DCS 23:15, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
The references can be too informative of identical sources with External Links, however, I have tried to use the "reflist", however, the External Links may do, although, if you may have checked the The Christmas Hope and The Christmas Shoes are just some of the edits I am trying to produce for this article in creation. Any explanation, please?--GoShow (...............) 18:50, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
- I'm not sure what your question is, however I looked at your article. I removed the user space template and moved the submission templates to the top. Your article is repeated three times for some reason, confusion from the templates being in strange places possibly. You can delete the duplicate stuff. I fixed up both your citations. The first one I did correctly with the cite button at the top then the drop down menu will appear to the left top. The second citation I left bare, so you can see how it works. Both citations are to the IMDB, which in normally not allowed to be used as a reference, except to the existence of something. Please see WP:ELPEREN If you have any other questions, just come back here. Thanks. :- ) DCS 22:56, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
