Wikipedia is self-described as a web-based free-content multilingual encyclopedia project. The purpose of Wikipedia is to serve as a resource of verified and notable knowledge, not as an indiscriminate collection of humor, like Uncyclopedia. The exception of that are the pages under "Wikipedia:", "User:", etc. namespaces.
