Oppose for the exact same reasons given at FPC. VPC is NOT just a poor man's FPC for anything that can't make it there - this failed badly mainly on EV grounds, and VPC is all about EV. --jjron (talk) 09:12, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Comment limited EV for Chicago Loop, Chicago 'L', The Loop (CTA), 35 East Wacker... I find is an interesting illustartion of Trump International Hotel and Tower (Chicago), however not the highest possible EV probably.
