I'm not sure if this is the proper spelling of the name in English as the Finnish article claims that the name in Russian is: Дудерово, Дудорово, Дудергоф. Redirects should probably be made from all of those versions, plus the Finnish and the two Swedish versions, Duderhof, Dudern as this was a multilingual area at the time.
