Comment: Existing article exists already, but the majority of the textual content is either babelfish'd, or incompletely re-written. (ie: requires proofreading, some aren't done yet.)
Interest of the translation: Well, to be quite frank, there's already a head-start on trying to drag the entire article from the japanese page to the english server via other means. (ie: using other relavent sources, and stubbing by using babelfish'd text which looks quite ugly.
Anyway, the reason the article needs translating/proofreading is because simply there's no official English-written information on the internet/anywhere available for this game.
