Keep, but alter into a single line boxed template... so the 6 blue links of 53 theoretical pages are on the same line. Use the {{void}} template to escape around the elements and parts of the base structures, as @Frietjes: says, thereby enabling only the blue links which are populated pages. I'm trying to reconcile myself to these dates and articles, versus the much more ample contents of Template:Olympic_Games_controversies.
@Sander.v.Ginkel:+Nickst+Huggi: Is there some reason you can't map this template under discussion onto more of the pages listed on the other, and does this mean there are more than one series on Controversies of the Olympics?
Otherwise, hide the danged thing until at least 50% of entries have pages! Not convinced anyone is going to research all those older years, so suspect yours is a forlorn cause! Good luck! FrankB 08:55, 9 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
