Per WP:BIDIRECTIONAL, this should either be added to all pages it links to, those links should be removed, or it should be deleted. I won't relist this myself since I've expressed an opinion, but I think this should be relisted. If no additional transclusions have been added for 7 days (pinging Kilometers to Verona in case they want to do so), I'd say delete. If this is transcluded on all articles it links to and the total transclusions are four or more, keep. ~ Rob₁₃^Talk 06:56, 15 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  - If issue is taken with the similarity between the culture and topics templates for Andorra, then it seems to me the real issue we should be talking about should be the culture templates in general. Kilometers to Verona (talk) 10:35, 18 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
keep, a quick sample of Category:Europe country and territory topics templates, got me five out of five templates of the "<country> articles" kind, all including a culture section and linking to a "Culture of <country>" template. Examples: {{Hungary topics}}, {{Portugal topics}}. I may agree with Frietjes concern with duplication, but it is not at all specific to this Andorra template. - Nabla (talk) 14:34, 18 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Criterion #3 of WP:TFD#REASONS: These templates are not used, and will continue to be unused indefinitely, until Major League Soccer (MLS) or the National Football League (NFL), respectively, ever decide to expand their respective playoff tournaments to include 16 teams.
