Template:Tonnant class characteristics (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

Much as per an earlier deletion discussion here, and a series of discussions here, where templates that introduced boilerplate text to a ship infobox were deleted. This hides often significant differences in the dimensions of age of sail ships, despite being built to one design, and also hides changes to armament over its period in service. Use of the template to add text makes it difficult for less experienced editors to make changes to the infoboxes. This should be transcluded onto the one article still using the template, and then deleted. Benea (talk) 15:36, 25 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
