Usage

[edit]

This template takes two basic icon names ("ICON₁" and "ICON₂") to display sixteen variants of a parallel lines compound icon (typically named "vICON₁-ICON₂"), with the following information in a row within a wikitable:

  • ICON (the compound icon name)
  • BSicon_vICON₁-ICON₂.svg
  • BSicon_vICON₁-exICON₂.svg
  • BSicon_vexICON₁-ICON₂.svg
  • BSicon_exvICON₁-ICON₂.svg
  • Same four icons with "t" prefix
  • Same eight icons with "u" prefix
  • text field (normally description) for the drivers' right line
  • secondary text field (optional) for the drivers' right line
  • text field (normally description) for the drivers' left line
  • secondary text field (optional) for the drivers' left line
  • The optional parameter pre allows the use of a prefix such as L.
  • The optional parameter v suppresses the usual parallel line prefix v.

Icons are displayed 20 pixels high, the same as in most route diagrams.

This template can be abbreviated as {{WP:RDT/BSa5x2}}.
