Issues to be mediated

[edit]
Primary issues (added by the filing party)
  1. US Census does not recognize Hispanic as a separate race. It is a language/culture/ethnic group and should be indicated as such, not contrasted with white. Simply declaring Hispanic to be non-white without providing authoritative source (e.g., Supreme Court decision, US Census) is POV.
Additional issues (added by other parties)
  • Additional issue 1
  • Additional issue 2
