[edit]Insomnia and failure to drink enough fluids
[edit]Is there a connection between insomnia and failure to drink sufficient fluids, such as water? Freeknowledgecreator (talk) 18:47, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
- There are several places here to start researching the answer to your question. --Jayron32 19:01, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
- Insomnia and Dehydration (see also Thirst) are symptoms each of which has many possible causes. There are individuals who report both together but there is little evidence of a causal connection i.e. such Correlation does not imply causation. Important: Consult a qualified doctor if you experience either or both symptoms because this reference desk will not give medical advice. DroneB (talk) 19:11, 12 February 2020 (UTC)
