[edit]Twiddleywinks
[edit]Is Twiddleywinks a real card game? My friend insists it is but I’ve yet to find anything of it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 166.127.1.11 (talk) 14:23, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- Well, tiddlywinks is a real tabletop game, but not a card game. There is also a domino game of the same or similar name. --174.95.160.48 (talk) 14:47, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- Like most (all?) tile-based games, Tiddle-a-Wink or however it is called can as well be played with a set of printed cards, like the domino playing cards seen here. See also the mahjongg playing cards here. --Lambiam 16:46, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- Tiddle-a-Wink is played with dominoes. The physics of playing tiddlywinks with regular playing cards is beyond the reach of my imagination (or frustration level). "Twiddlywinks", on the other hand, may be an entirely different animal. Clarityfiend (talk) 22:54, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
