What is the title of this Pablo Neruda poem?

You make me thank God
for every mistake I've ever made
because each one let me down the path
that brought me to you

And when we finally come together
I want you to hold me
Hold me all night
Stroke my hair
Tell me I'm a woman and
show me you're a man

Until there was only now
You, and I and now

I do not ask of the night explanations

Pablo Neruda is often considered the national poet of Chile. Some of his poems in Spanish do not have distinct titles and may be identified by their first lines. Here is a list that might include the OP's quoted poem. DroneB (talk) 13:18, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Is this really one poem? The second last part (starting with "I do not ask of the night explanations"), for example, is from "Y porque amor combate":

yo no pido a la noche

explicaciones,

yo la espero y me envuelve,

y así tú, pan y luz

y sombra eres.

[...]

A cursory search for possible Spanish versions of the other parts yielded no results by Neruda, I'm afraid. And the one part I identified is not a stanza, it's a few lines ripped from the original poem. ---Sluzzelin talk 00:06, 10 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Heh, we were looking at the same time and found the same source :) Not sure if that means this school or another of the same name. He grew up in Kimberley.

BTW, there's enough info to start a Thebe Magugu article if anyone is interested - lots of news stories on him so he'd easily meet the notability requirements.
