[edit]Trans-Pacific Partnership
[edit]- From talk page. Tevildo (talk) 08:59, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
I cannot find in TTP article 8.1. And cannot find quotation “patents shall be available for any new forms, uses, or methods of using a known product; and [these] may satisfy the criteria for patentability, even if such invention does not result in the enhancement of the known efficacy of the product.” Is wiki-article correct?

- That seems to be a proposed wording from 2013/2014 (leaked through WikiLeaks). The actual TPP doesn't contain that specific wording, but all the provisions about patents are in Article 18 (in various places...it's a big article, but 18.37 seems to cover it). How long is a term of office (for presidency) at the NAACP?
[edit]The NAACP being the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. This has to do with the Vernon Dahmer Wikipedia article, which states that he spent 'two terms' as president of the Forrest County Chapter of the NAACP. However, I can't find anywhere (not even on the NAACP website) how long that is or was. I plan to update that article after getting the required information. (And no, this isn't for homework - I had an assignment on him, but it has already been handed up. This is just for curiosity). Thankyou, AlexiG42 (talk) 11:07, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
- The NAACP bylaws indicate a 2-year term of office. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 13:02, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
