[edit]Help in locating song
[edit]On YouTube, I saw this video for a 1985 jazzy song with an upbeat tempo. I may be crazy, but I think the artist's name was No Compromise. The song was called, "God's Gift/Music of the World." I'd like to find a copy of it on CD. If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it very much. Thank you.24.90.204.234 (talk) 04:38, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
- I think, though I have not been able to confirm it, that this is a track from the album No Compromise by Keith Green.--108.46.103.88 (talk) 19:16, 29 October 2011 (UTC)
No. Keith Green was killed in an airplane crash in 1982. The song I'm referring to came out three years later.24.90.204.234 (talk) 17:03, 2 November 2011 (UTC)
superheros
[edit]you should list superman in this list — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.112.106.185 (talk) 05:18, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
- Which list? There are at least a hundred lists of superheroes on Wikipedia - see e.g. Category:Superheroes, Category:Lists of superheroes. He's in Category:DC Comics superheroes, Category:DC Comics characters who can move at superhuman speeds, and plenty more. But if he's not in a list you think he should be in, either add him, ask on the talk page for the relevant list, or let us know. --Colapeninsula (talk) 09:30, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Clearing up the confussion
[edit]I recorded a single in 1981 under the name of "Mandisa" titled "Summer Love/Love's Dream on El-Leo records. Back then it was no internet. Since the internet came around and DJ's got old copies of the 45 it shows up on the internet as they added it on their playlist. The problem is that some people may think it was recorded by Mandisa who was on American idol. Can this be cleared up with an article in wikipedia? (four tildes) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Epting7011 (talk • contribs) 05:50, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
- No, probably not. If there is a newspaper article or something about this confusion, I suppose it could be added to the Mandisa article, if it was deemed notable, which it sounds like it probably wouldn't be. Sorry about your dilemma, though, and sorry we can't help. Herostratus (talk) 06:37, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Epting7011, you must actually type 4 tildes to make your signature. That is, type one ~, then type another ~, then type another ~, then type another ~. No spaces between them. It is not sufficient to type the words "4 tildes". -- Jack of Oz [your turn] 08:45, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
- By any chance, did the the single make any country's national music chart? A Quest For Knowledge (talk) 09:35, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
- It looks pretty obscure to me - [1] - and presumably non-notable. Maybe a footnote on the page of the "other" Mandisa? Ghmyrtle (talk) 10:16, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
- Maybe, but I would say only if there is an actual ref describing an incident of this song being wrongly ascribed to the "other" Mandisa. Herostratus (talk) 15:45, 26 October 2011 (UTC)

Why do people think Dragon Ball GT is non canon? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.178.176.128 (talk) 15:34, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
- Read List of Dragon Ball GT episodes and see if it qualifies as a canon ball. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 11:36, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
