Trying to think of the movie!

I have been racking my brain on this one! This may not be the best place but I've tried everything else... so why not! I am trying to think of a movie. The only thing I can remember about it is that at some point in time the main character (no clue who it is) is mugged, robbed, or something and he has to give a description of the guy who did it to him. For whatever reason he doesn't want to tell who it really was so he makes up some random description of a white albino with dreadlocks. It must be 'Johnny English' a rather silly British spy-spoof starring Rowan Atkinson. JK, 16-12-08
