[edit]WhatsApp chat
[edit]Some WhatsApp groups are for educational purposes. Educational materials, contents, files, messages keep on appearing with time. Sometimes one intends to read contents of that chat, one by one, from older to newer messages. But at the same time it is possible that new messages might appear. WhatsApp by default opens newer messages and the sequence is broken if one leaves that group( as newer messages will be shown now). Is there anyway that a WhatsApp chat opens at a specific point one wishes it to be?? Even if I leave that chat, open browser, view other chats and might come later on to the previous chat?? 223.123.5.213 (talk) 17:26, 6 November 2023 (UTC)
- I don't have the answer, but www.whatsapp.com gives the following hint: "To better assist you, contact us from your phone by opening WhatsApp > Settings > Help > Contact Us". Apart from that, the program is primarily for chatting, not as an archive so you may find that files are deleted once they get older. I'd advise to use other services to get essential information, like e-mail. Rmvandijk (talk) 07:40, 8 November 2023 (UTC)
