[edit]FN on the key.
[edit]On my new keyboard there is this key "FN" What is it? What does it mean? Thanks AboutFace 22 (talk) 23:26, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
- It will be a shift key that enables the function keys. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 23:40, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
- Usually there is a PC option you can set to choose between the F1..F12 operations and the "media" operations (sound on/off, sound quieter, sound louder, microphone off, screen dimmer, screen brighter etc) as the default. The other operation is then what you get when you use the FN key with it. -- SGBailey (talk) 18:57, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
