[edit]Streetcar gong sound
[edit]Does Wikipedia have an old fashion streetcar gong sound, like what one might off the San Francisco streetcar trams. Could the sound file be used in a Wikipedia article? --Doug Coldwell (talk) 20:34, 25 March 2022 (UTC)
- There's a recording by Andy Mabbett on the page Trams_in_Melbourne#Cable_trams which has a nice clear bell sound on it: this could be isolated using Audacity (audio editor) or similar. On the other hand this is a D-class Melbourne tram. It would be nice to have the authentic sound of a PCC streetcar instead, but for your particular purpose this may not matter.
