[edit]Localization & hover/mouseover
[edit]Hello, over at WikiSpecies there is Template:Extinct, which delivers an obelus † which displays "Extinct" when you hover over it; there is a localization initiative; in Japanese it would be 絶滅; how would you go about creating (in case such a proposal is accepted) a template whereby, depending on your language setting (readily switched at the top of the page), the local term for "Extinct" is displayed when you over the †?
