[edit]Source of images
[edit]I need to locate the source of three Quora images, so that I can get the book title or other similar details.

- See Foreign Biographies of Shivaji 2ND ED. which I found by doing a google search for the phrase "So the other party, taking into consideration that Suasy could not be crowned unless" ᛗᛁᛟᛚᚾᛁᚱPants Tell me all about it. 15:06, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
- That's quite clever. Thank you! TrangaBellam (talk) 17:47, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
- Glad to help. I've found that searching for exact quotes is the quickest way to find a work whose name I can't recall. I've used it a couple of times to find books with compelling text shown in ads for bookstores and Amazon Kindle, but I've used the method far more often to find news articles cited in WP articles that no longer seem to exist (news articles which get reprinted are often done so under slightly different titles, and the original articles also sometimes have their titles changed).
- This was a particularly obscure case, as the first two quotes I searched for returned no results. This is a result of the whims of google's web crawlers, who grab some snippets, but not others. ᛗᛁᛟᛚᚾᛁᚱPants Tell me all about it. 17:58, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
- Oh wait, I thought you chose that particular phrase for some special reason. I did use the same technique for one of them but (as you have noted) got no results. Larned something new about Google's web crawlers. 20:51, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
