Downloading very large forum topics as some sort of document

[edit]

I want to download a number of forum topics from an invisionfree forum and host them on WordPress as downloadables. What would be the best way for me to do this? 98.27.255.223 (talk) 08:30, 26 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The program HTTrack is free and can download entire web sites. It copies the directory structure of the web site, omitting directories that you don't have permission to access. If this doesn't work, you might be able to use a script to loads and save the posts one at a time; not sure if something like that is freely available, or if you'd have to write it yourself. Endnotes in MS Word

[edit]

I am editing a book using Microsoft Word 2010. I'm using endnotes, with numbering that re-starts each chapter. All the endnotes are grouped at the end of the book. I've got the endnotes for each chapter to start with a heading for instance "Notes for Chapter 3" but I would really like to be able to change the page headers to reflect this as well (in the body of the book the page headers identify the chapter) but there seems to be no way to achieve this. The obvious way would be to insert a section break within the endnotes, but this option is greyed out. Any suggestions? --rossb (talk) 09:52, 26 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Unusual MS Word problem

[edit]

I don't recall playing with MS Word's properties,b but suddenly, new rows (BR) tend to shift automatically, as you could see here. how can this be fixed? thx Ben-Natan (talk) 16:15, 26 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like you have accidentally created a hanging indent. You can change the paragraph settings to remove that setting, using the toolbar or the menu system. Nimur (talk) 16:17, 26 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
