I think the lead could be improved beyond a single sentence. Per WP:LEAD, "the lead should be capable of standing alone as a concise overview of the article, establishing context, summarizing the most important points, explaining why the subject is interesting or notable, and briefly describing its notable controversies, if there are any". I would also suggest including info on the date as of which the information is accurate.
I would suggest including the years that players played for YCFC in the appearances and goalscorers tables, and maybe include information on appearance and goalscoring records in individual competitions, if the information is available.
