I've listed this article for peer review because I plan to get it up to Good Article. The battle was important in the American Civil War, and has long been neglected in Wikipedia. The article is long (92,310 bytes), but I believe the length is justified because of the complexity and importance of the battle.

- TwoScars WP:Article size is usually measured in readable prose. This article is 47 kB (7691 words) according to prose size tool, which is a quite respectable amount. I don't think you'd get opposes based on length even at FAC. The main issue I'm seeing here is that many sections are just one paragraph long, which adds unnecessary bloat to the table of contents. I would try to combine sections so that most are 2–4 paragraphs long. Overall the article superficially appears to be in good shape so I would try GAN, I bet you would get more feedback there. - Thank you for looking at this. I now see what you mean about the sections, and will work on combining some of them. TwoScars (talk) 15:28, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
