Alright, I gave this a quick glance...

I made these edits myself, as per the Manual of Style, and what I thought would flow better.
"an operation by the FBI to track down bot herder or hackers...". That strikes me as bad grammar. Maybe "to track down bot herders" or "to track down a bot herder"? Or is it supposed to be said like that?
- Same issue in The Results section.
The Abilities of bot herders section could be changed into prose instead of point-form.
Is there any rough dates of when this took place?
