I've put a lot of work into this article, and I believe that it now rivals the featured article Mozilla Firefox in quality. It has already been promoted to good article status, and I'd like to know if there's anything else that needs to be done before nominating Opera (Internet suite) as a featured article candidate. —Remember the dot (talk) 17:27, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
- I had read certain parts of this article in the past, and from what I read, I felt it had meet my needs as a user.
- One thing though: "Opera handles common Internet-related tasks such as visiting web sites, sending and receiving e-mail messages, managing cont.." I don't really see how necessary these details are. If people don't know what a web browser is, they can always click on the internal link. Learnedo 10:08, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
- Opera is much more than a web browser. It is a combination web browser/web feed reader/e-mail client/BitTorrent client/IRC client. Ordinarily you would have to have 4 or 5 programs to do all that, but Opera allows you to do them all. —Remember the dot (talk) 17:14, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
