Wikidata projects are community-organized spaces for people to come together around thematic or topical areas. Project pages frequently include examples of properties that should or could be included for specific kinds of items of interest to the project. They may also give information about issues or community-focus areas.

  • Wikidata Project Built Heritage: The aim of the present project is to create the world’s most complete high quality database of built heritage. This project covers heritage buildings, monuments, and related human-built structures.
  • Wikidata project textile arts: The goal of this project is to improve Wikidata's coverage of textile arts - sewing, weaving, knitting, lacemaking, needlework, and other related crafts. Our scope will include textile processes, the artisans who practice those processes, and the materials they produce.

  • Wikidata project performing arts: The aim of the present project is to create the world’s most complete high quality database of performing arts productions, literary and artistic works related to the performing arts (theatre plays, musical compositions, choreographic works), performing arts companies, and performing arts professionals.
  • Wikidata project cultural events: The aim of the present project is to create the world’s most complete high quality database of cultural events, such as festivals, carnavals, competitions, etc.
  • Wikidata project cultural venues: The aim of the present project is to create the world’s most complete high quality database of cultural venues, such as theatres, concert halls, etc.
  • Wikidata project cultural heritage: The aim of this project is to coordinate, facilitate and promote the ingestion of cultural heritage related data into Wikidata, to facilitate the cleansing and enhancement of this data and to promote its use across Wikipedia, its sister projects and beyond.
