For this month, the 88th Annual Meeting of the Music Library Association there will be a Wikipedia Edit-a-thon at St. Louis Public Library Central Library that will "be focused on editing or creating Wikipedia entries (and associated Wikidata) for underrepresented performers and composers, living or deceased, who were born in St. Louis and/or lived and worked there, who have been excluded from existing documentation." Let's join forces and help out!

- Time: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Please note the library does not open until 1pm so if you are there early you will have to wait to get in.
- Location: St. Louis Public Library – Central Library. Enter through the Locust Street entrance https://goo.gl/maps/EG3jsgrpLES2
- Cost: Free!
- Register: Official Event Please Register
- Chat: Join remotely via Zoom during the event
- Computer: Please bring a laptop if possible or tablet to edit Wikipedia. Also, organizers have limited chromebooks please inquire about.
- Parking: Street parking is free on Sundays.

Schedule
[edit]If possible, create your Wikipedia account ahead of time. Please bring a laptop and power supply. If you will require a laptop, please register for one in advance.
- 1:00 - 1:15pm: Check-in and welcome
- 1:15 - 1:45pm: Introduction to getting started, Outreach Dashboard overview, and short intro to editing
- 1:45 - 5 pm: Food and editing
