[edit]A Wikipedia "Learn to edit" workshop and Edit-a-thon will be held in Ottawa on the morning of Saturday, 21 October, 2017. This event is being held in conjunction with Contribution Month in Canada 2017. Library staff will be on hand to assist in providing reference material.

[edit]- Date: Saturday, October 21, 2017
- Time: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Location: Ottawa Public Library Main branch (120 Metcalfe St.) in the computer lab located at the back of the reference section on the third floor
- New editors please sign up on the OPL event page
- Experienced editors, please help newbies getting started
- Bring your own device (laptop, note-pad, etc) if you wish, use the lab computers, or sign out a ChromeBook from the library to use
