[edit]Wednesday, January 15, 2025 is Wikipedia Day and the Minnesota User Group is meeting to celebrate the day with a Tater Tot Hotdish Dinner!
Tater Tot hotdish is a Minnesota classic with crispy tots on top and a mix of ground turkey and creamy soup that warms you right up on a cold January evening. And let’s not forget the Lime Green Jello Salad — its sweet, fruity touch is pure nostalgia. Together, it’s the perfect comfort food for a Wikpedia Users meeting, sure to please and make the internet feel a little cozier!
