It should not be deleted. reason:
1. google maps "terms of service" have got nothing to do with copyright. they are terms of service, not related to copyright issues. hope you understood the difference btw "TOS" and "copyright".
2. A screenshot for review should not be a copyright violation in any country/state, as it does not harm organisation's interest in any manner.
3. go through discussion in talk:wikimapia.

- Vinya412, copyright is held by the company and, unless they explicitly license their content under a license that permits unrestricted commercial reuse and derivative works, we may not assume that we have those rights. Further, inasmuch as the terms of service or terms of use of a specific site are not in violation of local laws, they must be followed. You state on the talk page Talk:Wikimapia that "also as for "terms and conditions of google map", they cant state watever they want in their service. terms stated by them if not valid in law of any country, then that stands null and void" (diff) but do not suggest what law they are violating. You further state that "i think google map's "terms and conditions" are worth a skip, they apply to individual who signs up for their service" (diff); on the Google Maps Terms and Conditions, however, it is indicated that "by using Google Maps and any data or information accessed from Google Maps, you agree to be bound by our Google Terms of Service as well as these additional terms and conditions." So, AFAIK, this image is at least a TOS violation, at most a copyright violation, and should be deleted. --Iamunknown 05:17, 5 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - Orphaned, does not provide any substantial value to anything related to Bangalore, very low resolution, very low detail and is data that google retains the "copyright" to under the "terms of service" of GoogleEarth which the uploader has apparently "breeched."
