- non-notable magazine cover that was only been used to illustrate the bio of the person on the cover (Isabelle Adjani) Abu badali (talk) 02:49, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

- movie poster that was only been used to illustrate the infobox on the article about the actress depicted on the image (Sonia Braga) Abu badali (talk) 03:00, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
- The image was placed there many time ago to depict a fact cited in the writings, not to be placed in a infobox nor to depict the artist. I undid what some user have done days ago, placing the image incorrectly. Machocarioca 23:45, 11 April 2007 (UTC)Machocarioca
- The "fact" in question was unsourced secondhand hearsay "Person A stated that Person B once said that the poster vas very sexy", hardly a criticaly important part of the article, in fact I removed it per WP:BLP, and there was no fair use rationale to explain why it was important to the article either way so deleted. --Sherool (talk) 19:52, 28 April 2007 (UTC)

- no evidence this is promotional material. source is a fansite. we can't claim our use won't affect the original market role for the image if we don't know when/where/why was this image released. Abu badali (talk) 03:22, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
User Badali doesn't know but everyone knows that promo photos from films are released by the producers to do exactly this: promote the film. And this is not a promo material only, but a screenshot too. The original copyright of any image from bond films are from MGM Danjin, as exposed in the tag, no matter from where you upload it. Those materials are distributed around the world to any kind of media. Of course the image was released when the film was released, my god. I'm here thinking what evidence user Abu "wants".... Machocarioca 23:46, 11 April 2007 (UTC)Machocarioca
- The whole rationale is based on the idea that this image was released with the intent to be redistributed by the media, but we still have no evidence this is true. --Abu badali (talk) 17:29, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
But of course we have! The fact that's a promo image for the film and the character to all media is an truly evidence, my god! Abu, really, my friend...., be real.Machocarioca 23:50, 17 April 2007 (UTC)Machocarioca
- I'm afraid I don't understand what you're saying.
- Where was this image released as promotional material? Please note that we can't simply say that an image is promotional just by looking to it. We need to know the terms under with it was released. Was it sent to media members under specific deals? Was it sent to those who requested under a personal-use-only condition? Was it posted in the copyright holder website? Without proper verifiable source information we can't say our use of this image won't replace the original market role for the original material.
- Please, consider using a screenshot to illustrate this fictional character, instead of this unsourced image. --Abu badali (talk) 01:52, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

- image is tqagged as gfdl, but according to the comment on the image's description page, it was released under a wikipedia-only restriction, plus an extra clause that the image can only be used "as long as the name and reputation of Capers W. - Keep. I've uploaded what should be a more fair use picture in its place. I do think it is noteworthy to show a picture from the incumbent's concession speech in the article that covers the race. Bridger 00:50, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- The new version is showing more than just a politician's face, but I still see no reason to use this unfree image other than decoration. The image itself is not notable. --Abu badali (talk) 14:04, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

- Unnecessary unfree screenshot from CNN. I disagee with the fair use rationale that says this image "Shows an important event". It simply shows a living person and adds no relevant information about the event in question. Abu badali (talk) 23:15, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
