GLAM at uOttawa Library Project Description
[edit]Welcome to the WikiProject page for the University of Ottawa Library. In 2015, Ebembo organized the first University of Ottawa Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon where participants learned how to create their own Wikipedia account, edit Wikipedia articles, and add content using Open Access resources from the Library's collection. Since then, current|former librarians and professors have offered workshops on Wikipedia and Wikidata.
The current project is to have a stand-alone Wikipedia page about the University of Ottawa Library, add open access resources to citation using OAbot, and create Wikidata items from the Canadian Archive of Women in STEM collection.
