The Wikipedia editing workshop was an event held at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of the American Indian on August 19, 2010, to provide an opportunity for experienced Wikimedians to teach Smithsonian personnel how to edit Wikipedia while upholding the five pillars of Wikipedia editing.

The session included presentations by experienced Wikipedians on standard editing behavior, wiki-syntax and basic template use.
