Glenn L. Anderson - another Leading Edge contributor who went on to write two novels and some short stories. Washed By a Wave of Wind includes "Shannon's Flight" and a short list of works. Adherents.com gave the story a favorable review.
William Shunn the author noted on the talk page that his memoir could contribute more to the page. Currently the part about his issuing a bomb threat in the lead places undue emphasis on that incident (it should be detailed in the body of the article and mentioned in the lead; his work as an author/programmer should be the focus of the lead).
