This is most certainly not a free file. It currently exists as a copyright violation on wikia and asking them to upload it to Commons is a mistake. Since it is a fictional character it can be uploaded here under fair use though. --Majora (talk) 20:27, 13 June 2017 (UTC)

I'm confused here. What are you asking us to do? The logo is uploaded already. If you are asking us to put it on all those articles the answer would, unfortunately, have to be no. The wordmark (File:UNLV Rebels wordmark.svg) is already on all of the requested articles. If you are requesting that the logo (File:UNLV Rebels logo.svg) also be placed on those articles the answer would, again, have to be no due to copyright restrictions. There is nothing more to do here and I'm not going to wait around for an concrete answer after asking multiple times for one. Not done There are multiple issues with this request:

Non-commercial licenses are not compatible with free use on Wikipedia.
WP:NFCC #1: It is not clear that a free equivalent could be created that would serve the same encyclopedic purpose.
NFCC #8: It's not clear that this (admittedly pretty) image would significantly increase readers' understanding of the article topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding.
NFCC #9: Non free content may only be uploaded for use on an existing article, and per the request, the article the image is intended for has not yet been written. TimothyJosephWood 14:41, 11 July 2017 (UTC)

Comment: Luigi970p: The source for the image, SVG share, appears to be an open image sharing platform, and may be itself in breach of copyright, as the image, if genuine, does not appear to include any attribution or licensing information related to the BBC. Beyond that, the image does not seem to appear on the official BBC websites related to the series which are linked to from the article, so it is not clear whether the image is a genuine logo, or a fan creation. Comment: I... have some serious reservations about the notability of this subject. The principle claim to notability that I can see is the number of subscribers, which 1) isn't clear whether it refers to online, print, or both, and 2) is sourced only to the paper itself, which is probably a big enough claim to fail WP:SELFSOURCE.
