Comment: I disagree; the logo is too simple to be copyrightable, and falls under {{PD-textlogo}}. However as the requesting user is requesting it be updated on the German Wikipedia, I suggest that the update be uploaded to the Commons for project-wide use. Description: There was a lot of anger against Arizona and its governor Jan Brewer. Of course, Brewer just the day before talked about "illegal aliens" causing "terrorism" in her state so the anger is understandable. Especially when Arizona's crime rate has been DROPPING for the past several years! Hispanics are being scapegoated, IMHO.
